The photographs, images, and visuals depicted on the website and in the brochure showcase furnished and decorated apartments as well as common areas of the project. These images are provided for illustrative purposes and are intended to provide prospective buyers with a representation of the space. It offers a sense of potential furnishing options and project ambiance.
Please note that the apartments offered for sale and the common areas of the project are unfurnished unless otherwise stated explicitly in the sales agreement.
In the apartments, the built-in kitchen (and kitchenette) cupboards and the vanities are included in the purchase. All items of furniture and decoration, all kitchen appliances and equipment do not form part of the sale.
At the reception, only the built-in reception desk is provided. All loose items of furniture are to be approved and provided by the co-owners through the syndic.
At the rooftop, only the pool, the pergola and the flower beds are provided. All loose items of furniture, BBQs, sunbeds, umbrellas, outdoor gym equipment, pots and plants are shown as a proposed set up of the rooftop. The final set up/ambiance, furniture and equipment are to be approved and provided by the co-owners through the syndic.
