The company was founded by Dean Yeadon in the north of Mauritius in 2007. We have delivered high-quality commercial and residential property developments to hundreds of clients ever since.

With many projects in the North and the West of the island, 2Futures has 2 offices to be closer to clients and better assist them.

Our head office is in Pointe aux Canonniers and our branch office is on the coastal road of Tamarin.

Meanwhile, renowned designers create architectural magic for some of our luxury villas and apartments and have also conceptualized an exclusive Beach Club for our privileged homeowners in Pereybere. In addition, we are developing a network of serviced beachfront residences.
