Many foreign buyers of Mauritius real estate often wind up in Pamplemousses and Rivière du Rempart for good reasons. Firstly, their geographical location favours these two adjoining districts of Mauritius on the northern edge of the island.
Both are coastal areas, with Pamplemousses northwest and Rivière du Rempart northeast of the island. Many of the residential choices in these districts are thus in prime beachfront real estate developments.
