The island's north hosts prime luxury real estate in Mauritius

Ask experts about luxury real estate in Mauritius, and they’d most likely cite the northern side of the island. Their rationale rests on solid grounds, given that the north is one of the most well-developed parts of the country.

Thanks largely to the meticulous social programmes of PDS developers, their projects have melded well in the northern Mauritius region. The main village here, Grand Baie, not only has kept its charm as one of the island’s top tourist destinations. It has also become a showcase for PDS luxury real estate in Mauritius.
